Cbdcs cannot be brought in unless it is basel 4 compliant meaning it has to be backed by assets. The cbdc they wanted to bring in would have been fiat digital currency nothing backing it. They no longer have control I keep telling people this. The deep state have lost end of. White hats rule 🙂

What proof do you have that CBDCs will NOW be asset backed?
Perhaps we could just start there.
Where is visible proof that this is true, this particular part of it all.
I am not saying that we will not have a new asset backed currency system, I think we will, just saying that no one is going to believe this scenario.
Everyone knows that CBDCs was the cabals digital currency plan and they are not going to NOW buy into into it just because someone they dont even know with no actual proof says this is NOW the way to go.

Ok... CBDCS are not the same thing as QFS (quantium financial system). The CBDC was initially supposed to be tied to the digital ID that everyone was supposed to get in order to stay up to date on their boosters and have access to food/entertainment/etc. That failed (even in China).
The QFS has been running alongside the swift system for the last 6 years and the satellites are the Starlink (all babies of Tesla). Not sure how the 5d is tied into that so, will be interesting to see. The US does have 3 main hubs of the QFS. Not sure about the whole alien idea since there are Chinese Elders and one other person that I know have the codes to activate the QFS.

Nana would agree that I have heard it similar to what you say also but now most of the same ppl that WERE at one time telling it like that have now switched over to what I just said this woman tied to Whiplash347 is spreading.
Idk, I am trying to just use discernment when there seem to be so many ppl & slick talkers giving us 80% truth to move us onto 20% lies.
It appears to me that there is a hell of a lot of this happening now.
About the only thing that Nana believes any more is what I see and hear when I get quiet, close my eyes, and listen for God.

I see everything as if it is on a plane, (a horizontal level) If someone is of a higher plane and the other is of a lower, someone has to match the “plane”. It’s much easier to equal out on the lower plane or lower density. The lower density always win.
As many know, manifesting is real. It is controllable and has the ability to be sculpted to our exact desires. Although, it’s the hardest feat. I’ve learned the easiest way to succeed is to write down how you wish things to pan out. Say I know it exists, prove it to me. Then the hardest part comes, to feel exactly how you would feel when you’d have what ever it is you wish for.
Our emotions are the strongest thing we have. They’re stronger than a weapon...only to be used for good.

I am not that confused, this Emily is tied to Whiplash347 and I agree with Juan about the humanitarian money the way ppl like her explain it.
She tells ppl enough truth to pull everyone in, a lot of what she says is true, but I too do not believe that any humanitarian money will be given out If there are lump sums they get their hands on to anyone except the ppl they already have planned to give it to and like the comedian says, "We are not in that Club"
