Thinking about going longer on the fast. 48.5 hours in and feel pretty good.

I was feeling great and thinking it wasn’t that hard to do and then I come home from work to my husband who had made a big dinner. He forgot I was doing the fast. I felt bad refusing his hard work. I appreciate him and his dinners but he tends to disregard my personal health habits
