Hey VK, did an 11 day Master Cleanse and fast years ago. I felt fantastic, but really missed the ritual of eating. Made me appreciate that emotional component to supporting one's self. So periodic fasting is a great reminder of the sacredness of consumption and gratefulness of being able to. Rock On!
