Two years ago I got serious about my health and reduced my intake of Fast Food, Sodas, and Beer. Now I feel like a new person and thirty pounds lighter !

Congrats!!! I gave up soda & fast food, hard to give up the beer right now though. But not a huge beer drinker anyway. Trying to eat "whole foods" & not prepackaged crap, so full of well 💩

Sometimes a struggle but once I get used to it it’s not so bad. Wine 🍷 is good too! Used to get lots of headaches from wine but not anymore. The less sulfate the better
