We all need to pay more attention to our words and thoughts and understand this better.
You ARE casting energy and spells all the time.
You should talk to you Earth suit everyday telling it how well it is doing, how wonderful it is, and other positives for yourself and others.
The evils have understood how this works for centuries, that is why we are in this situation now.
We have allowed satan and his demons to use our manifesting power by controlling the narrative and then so controlling our thoughts and words creating the timeline he wants.

Now we know and we are in control manifesting healthy happy bodies and outcomes all day every day.
