Actually, there are no coincidences and EVERY word, it's usage, and order all have meaning. It IS actually spelled out in our Founding Papers (Declaration) as the world LIFE comes FIRST in the order. LIFE comes BEFORE our LIBERTY.
Pretty clear. We are NOT at Liberty to take an INNOCENT LIFE.

There is a difference.

Funny as there is a clear distinction that citizens are specifically bound to the constitution.
There is a difference between the public as sovereign beings and citizens.
As it turns out Citizens have been subjects of the crown, owned crown assets.
Sovereign people are not bound to the constitution.

The constitution is a contract binding government and corporate employees, on the clock that is to protect We The People from government and corporate actions, from encroachments, from domestic violence (internal insurrection, treason) and invasion.
