I'e been watching milspec_ops since the blackhawks flew in Hollywood in February 2018 and for a year at least he's been saying how DOD/Pentagon took over the GOOG Loon Balloons and have been flying them over CONUS for 3+ years, grabbing every digital communication with DRTBox and all kinds of spy toys in them. There's I think 4 or 5 of them spying on us 24/7.
We live in a digital prison but this is what we have to do to trace and map the 'aliens' [foreign operators] amongst us. Trace their trafficking networks of humans, drugs, weapons so they all be grabbed, bagged, and tagged when the whip comes down.

Now why would they need to do that when there's a camera at almost every corner in America. Not to mention satellite views. 🤔
