Our amazing Creator is the one that wired our brain to do this. I am currently in a very bad loop caused from repeated experiences beyond my control. It takes prayer and faith that God will break the cycle and he gives us the solution for this situation - “And now, dear brothers and sisters, one final thing. Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise.” ‭‭Philippians‬ ‭4:8‬ ‭NLT‬‬
