Teotihuacan Pyramid
Located in Mexico City in 1900
and 2022 is post excavation.
The 1900 view must have looked like any random mountain until the excavations and clean up began. Makes you wonder what else could be hidden in plain sight like this...

And interestingly enough there are rivers of Mercury beneath Teotihuacan pyramid and also found over in the secret tomb of China's First Emperor.
