In 2011 I worked for a provider of web-based learning solutions as an instructional designer (ID). Solutions usually focused on changing WORKFORCE behavior or attitudes towards a desired ideology. I’d review source content, interview subject-matter-experts, and draw up plans for the proposed solution.
I worked on the United Nations account and reviewed Agenda for the 21st Century content. The hair on my arms stood up. The phrase, Sustainable Development, was the mantra. Feel-good words camouflaged the UN’s plan to corral people into cities and control natural resources, to name a few. Regionalization. Globalization. One World Government. All disguised as environmental stewardship.
The word, WORKFORCE, is repulsive to me. Same with HUMAN RESOURCES; once Office of Personnel. Consider the DEPARTMENT OF LABOR and WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT.
