Hearing a constant frequency for days, more intense today.
Thinking it's my frequency.
Anyone else?
Its not a ringing in ears, its like a tone that is just there constant.

How do we tell the difference? These tones have been with me my entire life. I do not remember a time without them.

Seems more coming from the Pineal Gland area.
Looking back maybe I never paid attention like I do now.
I do not feel i hear the tone, more the tone is just there, as I move my head nothing changes, there is not direction from outside the body of the frequency.

I have finally been able to identify from which inside area of my head each of the 4 main tones come from. Always the same, but lately louder.

What area are you speaking of?

They are from within. If I were deaf, I would still have them. There are 4, continuously. 2 on the right, one in the overall top portion of my skull, and on the left, one more (maybe 2) lower in pitch than those on the right. I used to experience buzzing and clicking, but none of that these past few years. I've learned to ignore them and my hearing is exceptional.
