Gosh, thinking about Lowell's death because it was so very much like the death of Seth Rich! Could Lowell have faked his death?
Knowing so many of his friends, I do not think he did but I do believe that song got him killed.
The entire album was his best work ever.
I know all the guys in Little Feat, Bonnie Raitt and Rob Fraboni, some of the Grateful Dead members - all of them believe Lowell is dead. Same with Stevie Ray. No one ever suggested that he faked his death, but his death was eerily similar to Seth Rich.
But neither Lowell nor Stevie had Patriots protecting them. They was out there on their own.
One should never publish songs about Operation Paperclip Nazi's imported by the CIA.

Lowell died right after this album was released in 1979. He was touring in support of it.
Gee I wonder if this song had anything to do with his death?
He had played in DC the night before and died of a heart attack at only 34 in Arlington VA - CIA HQ outside DC.
