For those of you who do not know.....NOTAMS went down around 3:30am....this was a shot across the bow.....This was to show the world cyber warfare is 100% REAL and the ability to 100 % shut down NOTAMS is possible....We are in a DE FACTO state of war....make no mistake about it.....
