Imagine in Front of you a Black Boiling Darkness. The Blackness of Chaos, the Darkness of Suffering, the Darkness of Death. It is Grand and All-Encompassing, Sweeps from Horizon to Horizon and at any Moment could Sweep You Away. This is the First Stage of the Meditation, to Image the Immensity of this Force and the Boiling Darkness.
Then a Voice says, “Every Fear that you Fling into the Darkness Will, with Great Joy, Turn into a Star.” Every Anxiety, Every Evasion and Denial, Every Consolation, Every Illusion that you have the Courage to Fling into the Darkness will Become a Star. If you go on Flinging the illusions and the Evasions into the Darkness, Stars
Will Coalesce and Conjoin and come

Then a Voice says, “Every Fear that you Fling into the Darkness Will, with Great Joy, Turn into a Star.” Every Anxiety, Every Evasion and Denial, Every Consolation, Every Illusion that you have the Courage to Fling into the Darkness will Become a Star.
