Let me Share with you now a Visualization, a Real Heart Practice which is the Practice of the Hope Heart, of Heartbreak which will help anyone who does It in the Yoga of the Mother Heart.
Imagine in Front of you a Black Boiling Darkness. The Blackness of Chaos, the Darkness of Suffering, the Darkness of Death. It is Grand and All-Encompassing, Sweeps from Horizon to Horizon and at any Moment could Sweep You Away. This is the First Stage of the Meditation, to Image the Immensity of this Force and the Boiling Darkness.
Then a Voice says, “Every Fear that you Fling into the Darkness Will, with Great Joy, Turn into a Star.” Every Anxiety, Every Evasion and Denial, Every Consolation, Every Illusion that you have the Courage to Fling into the Darkness will Become a Star. If you go on Flinging the illusions and the Evasions into the Darkness, Stars
Will Coalesce and Conjoin and come

together in a Rapturous Flowing Movement and will Create in front of you the exact of the Divine Feminine through which you Honor the Mother Heart.
This Vision could be of Durga or Mary or Tara; it could be someone in your own life who has communicated the Divine Feminine to you. As you Fling Your Illusions into the Boiling Blackness, you Realize that you, yourself, create that Divine Identity of yours
which is the Sacred Feminine. It Constellates in the Darkness in Front of you. You Create it by Flinging Away Fear After Fear, Illusion After Illusion, Evasion After Evasion. Slowly, whoever you have chosen to represent the Divine Mother Heart appears before you in all
of her Loveliness, in all of her Beauty and Glory, Star By Star. There she is now. You have Created Her, Star By Star. Allow the Bliss Streaming from Her Eyes, the Fire of the Light Streaming from Her Eyes and Limbs to Sweep Your Body

Up and Down, Sweeping Away Every Obstruction, Every Ignorance, Every Internal Image, Every Guilt, Every Separation. As You Experience Your Own Body, Mind and Heart becoming more and more filled with Light, Experience also that the Darkness in Front of You is beginning
to Drain Away. As You Blaze more and more so the Light becomes more and more Intense in the Darkness before you until, when You are Completely Alight—You and the Light-from One Horizon to the others, are One Light, ONE DIAMOND LIGHT BURNING!
Rest in that Peace, in that Courage, in that Ecstasy, in that Identity with the Beloved, with Her.
