no the creator is not within all of us; according to the Bible, only those who acknowledge Jesus Christ, have the indwelling Spirit of G_d.

Creator is within ALL for he created ALL and he can also uncreate at Will. It’s the souls choice to acknowledge this part in them or turn away from the Creators light as the satanists have done, Creator always allows room for enlightenment if one so chooses no matter how dark that soul was, but some never enlighten again and are lost unfortunately to the evil. This is why when prayers are said from the heart and with intentions we who recognize our light can help raise the vibrations of the dark souls if it’s God’s Will for that soul to return to the light! God/Creator loves ALL his creations, for That is the true essence “LOVE”. My thought processes anyways! 🌹♥️🙏🌹♥️

16 For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.
17 And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever.
v. 15 love not;
with the rules of ancient Greek; require a different word construction, is employed i.e "Stop loving"
so why does it say Stop?
because by casting the love toward those who don't believe, is going against G_d's perfect will.

G_d, in the original languages, operates out from 2 divine wills; the permissive will, and the perfect will, the permissive will determine's what will happen, but without final destination boundaries, whereas, the perfect will determine's it Will happen. Satan who is the lightbearer, fall's under the permissive will, as he is ultimately confined away from G_d's perfect will. Yes, this is all in the Bible. G_d is not willing that any perish, however, only those chosen to eternal life, are enlightened, and there exist's only 1 way to this, through believing in the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ, which result's in the regeneration, by the Holy Spirit, belief is the only human part; the ability to believe is accomplished, only by G_d the Holy Spirit. These 3 persons must all be involved in salvation.
