anyone care to give thoughts on this because in 2020 it pretty well freaked me out as i could not understand why i was like a rabid animal reading everything i could. still do, it was just so much to take in at the time.

They can use the frequencies to make the brain programable...
It puts people into a trance like/programable state...
But they need the social media, video, TV to program the brain once it is in that state.
The brain then is like the old fashioned cassette tapes (the recording is there) and your brain works different now because it is reprogramed.
