Anyone know what this is? Multiple circles around East Orange, then did a flyover at Disney @ approx 0130 #MAGA #wwg1wga

Reposting this because I'm still curious as to why a plane would be over Disneyland which is a no fly zone belown 3000' and the plane was at 1100'. Also, no marker info.

On this website, the helicopters are shaped as such as are planes. But I'm not an expert, and this was was missing the signature, which was why I was wondering. The circling made me think helicopter, but it appears to be designated as a plane.
