HAHAHAHA - Thank you for this! What ended up happening was that the potatoes were used in a cake batter; added more milk and a bit more flour and it turned out to be a decent cake; interesting texture; rather like a pound cake.

Ended up re-purposing the mixture into a cake batter; added a bit more milk, a little more flour; it turned out OK; rather like a pound cake.
