Their legal argument is strong but the courts have been routinely, flagrantly ignoring law.

R v Wade, which we call a win (and is), is likely merely an inflammatory action to keep liberals and conservatives fighting. It also sets up the argument that people don't have absolute rights over their bodies. It's a non-secateurs in that the babies rights are ignored, but libs will use it anyway. This sets up mandatory vax.
