i was just about to pick up my dinner plate to go eat and felt a huge wave of nausea and feeling like i was going to faint. i turned white, started sweating couldnt hear, had ringing in my ear and heard my heart beat pound in my ear slowly while i watched the sweat bead on my thumb, i have had this happen two other times. one at a hockey game in 2018 and i fainted. the other in my hot tub in 2018 and ended up smashing my head off my shower when i fainted.
i dont know what this is from, only a side effect of the gardasil vaccine? or RA on my heart valves ? this is my third time it happened at 7pm i still dont feel normal . i have to take my second dose of ivm today at 10pm.
i take two doses a day, 10am 10pm
bc 1010 wins ;)

The most common causes of fainting are
Dehydration
Low blood sugar
Low blood pressure
Internal bleeding
Anxiety
You should have blood work done to check your gluoise levels, hemoglobin/ hematocrit and a Complete Metabolic Profile ( CMP). Get a blood pressure machine for home use and check daily and record. Drink alkaline water in sufficient amounts. Avoid soda and too much coffee which can dehydrate. Rule of thumb for hydration is: if your kidney function is adequate and your do not have heart issues, is one ounce of water per kilogram of body weight. Divide weight by 2.2 to determine ounces of water to drink daily. Hot tubs can dehydrate the body. If low blood sugar is the issue, eating 6 smaller meals a day can help.
Check with your health care provider before making any changes.

I will add this info from you Carol to my notes i appreciate your knowledge πππβ₯οΈπΉ
