Remedy is Due Process of law to get the relief demanded.
Relief from financial coercion.
Relief from criminal attacks, crimes taking place, trespasses of rights.
Expose election fraud, to being justice.
Clarity on differences between Lawful and legal.

I heard Loy say something to the effect that it had to be a judge that was instructing the clerk, the clerk would not just take action by themself.

Doesn't make sense why Juan is Referring to Three branches being legislative, administrative and judicial as that is not true.
Maybe Juan is referring to corrupted aspects of government as administration (an unlawful process), as the fake courts are administration courts treasonous, not what a confederate republic is all about.
Election fraud is a political argument, what Kirks law corner is sharing, is the case is to be served to the legislative branch of government.
