My notes from a recent video say to take it 3 days then take 5 days off and gradually lengthen the cycle to 3 days of medicine then 7 days off, keep doing this until you are at 3 days on and 1 month off. You have to kill the mothers and the babies (parasites) so you need to watch for toxin die off reactions and go slower if you need to. You can have a herxheimer reaction if you go to fast, a binder will help with that, something like bentonite clay or charcoal.
