sick as fook,fookin (fookin,fook ,tm vincent kennedy 2022) painful as fook just nebulized some ionic silver knocked the raw feeling in my lungs down. up at 1:30 AM again,, miserable

I took it down quickly with ionic silver, but was probably the most painful illness ive had as far as colds flu etc. just hideously painful. I nebulized ionic silver and did a nasal flush with it, pretty much kicked the stuff out in a few hours. but thanks hope youre feeling better
