Several parties in the Govt arena
may help this case by filing amicus briefs..
BRUNSON v ADAMS
is a case against 385 persons within Congress
+ Biden, Harris & Pence.
The people named in the suit
voted to certify the 2020 Election.
A group led by Sen Ted Cruz had asked for a 10-day review
to determine whether the Election had been attacked
as an Act of War
by outside forces to affect the outcome.
Congress did not take the 10-days to review..
There is an 1877 case that is the precedent..
Anybody in Government service
swears an oath to protect the Constitution
FROM ALL ENEMIES FOREIGN & DOMESTIC.
The fact that congress certified the vote
without VERIFYING
meant they didn’t protect the citizens’ Constitutional Right
to fair representation..
This is a Treasonous act..
THE REMEDY IS THEY CAN NO LONGER HOLD OFFICE 💥

Juan did not say WHO is filing amicus briefs
in this video
just that they may be filed to help this case along.

The new congress, with a Republican majority House,
will be sworn in on Jan 3, 2023.

SCOTUS is going into conference with Brunson v Adams
January 6, 2023.

There's plenty of time between now & then to file amicus briefs.

But there are so many OTHER possibilities in play.
This marvelous [miraculous] case is just one.

Celestial Chess.
They make a move, we make a move...... 📽️🍿🤩🌟

They have 30 days after put in docket

An amicus brief is your opportunity to speak to the court on a matter that will affect you. This is probably the most common reason for filing an amicus brief. You are a think tank or other non-profit and your mission is to support a particular world view or educate the government and its players.
