The Supreme Court set a conference date for this case. The conference date is the day when the 9 Justices are scheduled to discuss the case and decide by vote whether to move it to a hearing. Get this: the conference date is COINCIDENTALLY JANUARY 6, 2023!! If it is moved to a hearing, then at the hearing they will officially judge the case and decide by vote if the defendants should be removed from office.
