What i think, is possible (can't see the probability, but it's non-zero):
Being able to use a time machine offers infinite possibilities which makes the use of quantum computing necessary.
You can influence any timeline endlessly with such devices, but a time lock would mean, that the linearity of time is conserved over a certain amount of time to let things 'play out'.
Why? Because humanity would never have done it 'themselves', if influencers altered every timeline. So there appears to be a certain amount of independence and prosperity in this approach, but still, if you manipulate the time lines of certain people. those people are helpers and not free and not within the time lock of linearity. They are a different kind of folk. They serve the purpose of humanities escape of the old matrix. Where do they go?

So, if I understand what you are saying, we have certain people here who are in a time lock (JFKJrFan? Trump?) outside of humanity's current time lock, so we don't know if they will move forward with us or what will happen to them?
I looked for that Ale as I enjoy beer from other countries (traveled a lot) and it is $24.99/bottle but currently out of stock. If it becomes available, I will try a bottle (when crypto's increase in value). Hell, when cryptos increase in value I will probably buy a case.

I plan on doing more traveling when the timing is right. A trip to Scotland is something I have thought about They would rather jump off a cliff than to give up a recipe, wow. Not many people have that type of commitment. So, you are saying what is being sold now doesn't compare. Did you get a chance to taste the original recipe?

No! That was centuries ago. Nobody knows, how it tasted, but in the Highlands, and on the back of the bottle, if i remember correctly, they still know how to tell a good story. They don't even recall, whether or not the story did actually happen exactly that way or whether the brewer was just simply making business and then 'fell' off a cliff. Who knows. It's a good story, though, and they loved to tell you those kinds of things, when i went there a few times.. ; ] Long ago now, i have no idea, if the Highlands and Highlanders are still in rebellion or not.
