Something so powerful that it's reacting to the titanium in my skeleton and causing a sharp pain running up my chest and neck and all the way into my teeth. The Lidocaine hardly even worked. The interesting conversations with a group of people I barely knew was interesting, and red pill enough ;), to temper the pain.
