Please look up nasal flushing on YouTube, some will kind of gross you out but it works amazing. if everyone did this no one would get pneumonia. When they treat you for pneumonia in the hospital they usually prop you up which is all wrong. if you invert yourself with your face down towards a towel then mucus is allowed to actually flush out but instead it sits at the bottom of your lungs causing an infection which eventually kills many.
Such simple treatments but not many use them.
