I can't sleep until it's close to 5am. I feel safer sleeping when the sun comes up. My body clock is all screwed up that's why I know my body will need a good rest when all of this is done.

My sleep has been the sane way lately. Ive been getting a feeling like this though, that me being awake and aware at these hours that something is needing my heightened spiritual energy. So I let it boost my energy and vibes knowing it is going out to protect and heal others while they rest.
