For maintenance I take a small pencil eraser size everyday. If you are sick do this twice a day. Drink lots of lemon water and avoid sugar...it feeds the parasites. My husband and I started taking it 15 mos. ago and have not been sick at all.

yes! I also use it for my face cream. There are tiny parasites feeding off the oils in your skin...gross, but it gets rid of them. I am 67 and I am so happy with the appearance of my skin now!

P.S. you cannot overdose! It is a spore not a drug. When I squeeze out too much I take it anyway. It actually makes you feel good! My 87 year old mother is feeling so good, she no longer complains about aches and pains!
