Banks are buying more gold now since the USD was backed by it.
Decades and decades have past and here we are.
If it’s proven in the supreme court that the central banks manipulated the gold price, just so they could acquire it in droves and for other nefarious reasons, what happens?
Does the central banks gold get 1221’d?
Can they only survive the future with this gold?
If this all comes to fruition seems like there’s going to be a mass shortage of liquidity on earth.
There has to be a backup to easily solve this inevitable crisis.

You are getting there, Doc. The central bankers aren't stupid. They have always known the dollar had an end time because the debt would grow exponentially and be unpayable. Look at the Euro. Mark to market gold reserves sitting there waiting patiently to extinguish all of that debt. They are listed at fractionally reserved gold prices right now, mind you, but not when the dam bursts. No counter-party risk, no paper liabilities attached, a true gold price built to settle trade and extinguish debt imbalances. Its much higher than most would imagine...mind numbing, actually ; )
