Yes it does but somebody has to have the authority to "Time Out" these elections and restore our election process back to FAIR & HONEST...Who is that? The Military? If so then they have a plan to restore the Republic and fix the fraud...When is the only question? Same as Brazil? Think Mirror? We shall see soon enough I suspect!
