I also sent the post to my husband, who has various health issues (and has a great attitude despite, or maybe because of them), and I'm trying to gradually steer him in a more natural remedy direction. Which he's open to, because he despises having to depend on medication to live some semblance of a normal life. Thanks for sharing! 🙂
