When you're with an internet provider for 10+ years and your Monthly Rate is alot higher than the advertised price for new customers. Wouldn't you think they would take care of the long term existing customers and offer them a better price before you have to call and disconnect your service. Just seem like BS to me.

Sadly, not the way it works. I dropped Xfinity like a hot potato! Been a customer for 20 years. Use the internet for work, had their highest speed without a T line. Internet dropped daily, multiple times. No thanks!

It should be the opposite, the existing customers should get a better deal then the new guy for loyalty.
