Wrong. The 'common cold' is a generic endemic respiratory corona virus. The 'symptoms' are the body attempting to eliminate the invaders.

and I will add to the other comment why fasting is so beneficial.
A reason people accumulate a toxic burden is that the body is spending vital energy on digesting far more than it was designed to. It has not the energy to properly sort and dispose of excess, so it stores the toxins for later processing and release. If people keep eating it never gets a break to clean house. Stress is also an energy siphon.
Before modern times people came upon food irregularly and went long periods without it.
Now people eat three big meals a day, plus snacks, and beverages and the body is constantly working to metabolize an onslaught of modern denatured foods while managing homeostasis as best it can.
Fasting gives the body a chance to play catch up on detox, repair, and regeneration often with energy left to spare.
The longest-lived people all share low caloric intake.
People who know germ theory is a lie, that it's about the terrain, who also maintain it, never get colds or disease

Do you know what is good for teeth and gums?
Notice: Undefined index: tg1tga_access in /home/admin/www/anonup.com/themes/default/apps/timeline/post.phtml on line 396
Myrrh essential oil for gum repair and healing. Get organic, put a drop in water for a rinse or you can just massage into your gms. Vit C for bleeding and ozonated oils for infections.
To prevent tooth decay STOP eating grains and take Vi D with K2.
For pain dilute 1:10 ratio of clove essential oil in olive oil and apply.
Start oil pulling daily with sesame or coconut oil for maintenance

Many have testified to it helping with gum recession. If you research, a wider variety of essential oils are recommended. I studied under a Top Master Aromatherpist who studies and collaborates with the best in the world in France every year.
She said Myhhr for gum restoration. You can add a drop of organic peppermint for flavor. Myhhr is weird.
Certified Organic EOs are more pure than those classified as Food grade.
Wild Crafted are the BEST grade!!!! These oils come from plants foraged in the wild, which means they have the most potent medicine- they survived and thrived on their own in nature.
I see some sites recommend clove. Use that highly diluted for pain. It can burn. If diluting with coconut oil, make sure it is unrefined and cold pressed. Refined coco oil is rancid.
Sometimes, receding gums are from hard toothbrush britsles and hard brushing. Use a baby soft brush and gentle pressure, just cirle for longer, floss, and eat apples to scrub too.

I also use the silver for a rinse- for my puppy too, I put it in her drinking water and mine.
Also, I forgot to add brushing with a paste of Red Mill baking soda and Cold pressed coconut oil.
Never used refined coconut oil.
It's rancid and bleached.
