I took 1 pencil eraser size dose of ivermectin this morning at 10am starting today I plan to do this every morning for 1 week to see what happens. Will be sharing my experience and any changes that occur as I go along. 🤍

Everyone reacts differently. some experience herxing right away, some experience nothing. ‘Googly’ eyes when you first wake up in the morning is very common. For any full effect one must cut out processed foods and sugar which is the parasites food source. Strangely enough, lemon water is naturally acidic, but when its metabolized by the body, it creates an alkaline ph. Great liver cleanse too which minimizes Herx symptoms. I’ve started the paste a week ago! so far so good.

yep. It’s the citric acid that scews me up and then I can’t remembet if its alkaline or acidic your going for.
