Flight logs, a pilot, passengers and I think the plane was called, "The Lolita Express" so maybe no "airport" but there must have been some way for planes to land ?????

Island is too small for an airplane/jet to land, take a look at aerial photos of island. (No runway)
Ghislaine was a trained Helicopter and Submarine Pilot (training paid for by Epstein). Planes/jets landed at closest airports and "guests" were ferried over via boat, helicopter or submarine.
