Highly recommend at least a 24 hour Fast.
Haven't had this much energy in a some time.

So Nana could do it all but the coffee.
We eat dinner here early most days and dont eat again til 11:00am to 1 or 2:00 pm most days already.

Seriously if I dont have a least a half cup of coffee as soon as I wake up it makes me kinda sick. Nope it doesnt have to be coffee, just have to have something hot on my throat first thing.

Idk if it is the allergies or what but cant functions without it.

Speaking from personal experience and giving up the coffee permanently, it's the coffee that's making you sick. Just curious, what kind of coffee do you drink?

Nah the coffee settles me, cuts thro the sinus.

I drink different coffees some flavored some not.

I have said the same thing for almost 2 decades, it settles my stomach, helps me get going, helps me stay focused, helps me, helps me, helps me, sugar, cream ,black or with honey. I was wrong. Now it's a sweet treat memory, as my stomach doesn't twist, knot, cramp or feel like i'm going to hurl. With the homemade HCQ I have more energy then I ever did with coffee, energy drinks or chocolate(another vice I haven't shaken ..yet).
