🇷🇺❗Putin at the Security Council:
I signed a decree on the introduction of martial law in 4 regions
🇷🇺❗Putin signed a decree on martial law in the Kherson and Zaporozhye regions, the LPR and the DPR
🇷🇺❗Putin: heads of regions will be given additional powers to ensure security
🇷🇺❗️ The Kiev regime refused to negotiate, continues to shell new Russian territories using terrorist methods.
🇷🇺❗️The decree on martial law in the annexed territories will be immediately sent to the Federation Council
🇷🇺⚡️All our soldiers must be equipped with everything necessary
