Normally the government used to criticize Germans showing the National Flag. Back in 2006 during the FIFA Worldcup, this was a huge issue. In between the lines, they called out every person with a flag as "Soft Nazi" and mentioned that the Germans have to be careful bc/o WW2. But today is different. Cars with the german and us flag are joining the party.
