One wonders if this PoW methodology could be construed to be a net CO2 generator. I'd call 'em on the carpet for yet another scheme which generates CO2... isn't that all "the thing" for climate alarmism? I mean, Bitcoin is/was bad because of the massive electricity demand from the mining rigs and the associated CO2 "pollution" to generate the electricity to supply the mining farms, right? And my body, alive or dead, "generates" CO2.
