The answer to that lies in the land of beliefs, because everybody has an answer, but nobody knows the answer, at the same time.

When do Human Rights begin?
Does the fathers sperm and mothers egg have individual Human Rights?
Are they each a sovereign Human, in which case it is Murder to kill either an Sperm cell or an Egg cell?

I'd say generally no, even though there is a Law in the Old Testament which says yes.

So, some people think that some human cells have human rights, and others, like Hair cells, don't.

When the 2 individual cells combine into 1, and their individual DNA strands equally combine into a new unique DNA strand, does that new unique human cell have Human Rights?

Some say Yes, others No, but from what Science can tell, all Biology, Cells, have a spark of life, and that is just passed on, by other biology. We don't see when Life begins in Biology because it's continuous.
We do see when life Ends in Biology though, because it turns into Chemistry.

Yester Vue @realyestervue
Actually...life begins with the exchange of energy like any and all "chemical" reactions. This is provable in ANY chemistry book, if you have training in or a degree related to chemistry... prepare to realize what has been in your face all these years.
What is the very first thing that occurs when a so-called "chemical" reaction happens? = (...insert answer to question here.)
That is an exchange of energy and an ongoing electromagnetic balancing exchange happening...not a chemical reaction. That is a mislabeling...
