Thanks for posting this so clearly. I heard Juan discussing this and wonder what he means in South Carolina. I am about to head back home there in about 24🤔. Any guesses?

Maybe. He said it after mentioning the transports to Gitmo can make a direct flight from SC. I could be wrong but there have been strange stuff off the coast in Charleston much earlier in this drama. We will find out😅👊🤠
