Its taste and texture are as close to Lobster as you can get.

Yes, it is known as the poormans Lobster...I haven’t tried Lobster, I’m used to the taste of New Zealand crayfish which isn’t like Monkfish. Monkfish is a firm fish though & really versatile to cook with.
