I'd like to give a big thanks to God and my AU family!
I have implemented many of the natural remedies that were shared and am very thankful for the prayers, support and encouragement.
I went to my dr's appointment today and needless to say my dr. bout crapped his pants. I've lost 10lbs since I last saw him. My bp was 119/73.

I'm now off the bp meds three weeks tomorrow. I finally got my doctor to agree I needed to stop the pills. The side effects were extremely bad.
I'm doing several things minerals and herbs. The nurse says women over 65 will be a little higher than what we call normal. I'll start the beets today and expect good reports. ππππππΌ
