I'd like to give a big thanks to God and my AU family!

I have implemented many of the natural remedies that were shared and am very thankful for the prayers, support and encouragement.

I went to my dr's appointment today and needless to say my dr. bout crapped his pants. I've lost 10lbs since I last saw him. My bp was 119/73.

He was a little shocked at the NAC, turmeric, hawthorne berry, C60 and the lemon a day. He actually wrote on my outgoing paperwork, "continue your herbal remedies."

ps. The gentleman that told me to eat lemons...My spirit thanks you, my body despises your wisdom! My wife gets way too much pleasure watching me argue with the lemon. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

my ob gave me a script for antibiotics bc he "thought" i might have an infection. 2 weeks later when i went back i told him i didnt fill the script i added oregano oil to my side dishes instead. He told me we looked it up and had no idea of the benefits of oregano oil!
Maybe we can start billing them! 😂
