They were hit with two back to back Cat 5s in 2017, brutal they let so many starve while food rotted at the docs, a complete shit show. There is a lot of corruption managing that U.S. territory.
The strongest winds are always on the NE side of the eyewall so I am in the least hoping it did some damage to the HAARP they installed there up in Arecibo (central north side).
