Higher pitch than normal.
Very weak ringing in my ears, it shifts in intensity (harder and softer), noticeably.
No headache.
Lots of waves when grounding with eyes closed.

Better than yesterday morning for sure.
Yesterday was a lot of pressure thro out the night and most of the morning.
As much pressure as I have felt in a while.
