So I dont know about a natural way for depression.
But I know the times I have been very very down, I take long walks, I pray alot, work in the garden growing vegetables.

We just found out that I husband has Prostate Cancer and will be starting Chemo next week.
Feeling very down right now, tears just now in my eyes.
I love my husband, he is my soul mate.
I pray for him alot right now and wish I could make him better.

Yes I spoke with the Cancer Nurse who is looking after my husband and they will not use this because its against there protocol she said and not approved. She would not discuss it any further with me, she just shut me down.
